Error

I have a big problem. I built a map about many weeks. If i test it, it always was great. But if i want to play or test it now, a error messages comes: "This application has encourtered a critical error: FATAL ERROR! Programm: C:\XXXXXXXX Exeption: 0xC0000005(ACESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:6F309B6A The instruction at '0x6F309B6A' referenced memory at '0x0F2CACB0'. The memory could not be 'written'. Press OK to terminate the application."
So and now i cant play this map and in front of i cant english very good i dont understand the problem. Please help me!!!

It might be your triggers, (it usually is when you get these kind of error) so try to go over your triggers again and see if there is any bad expressions in the map..

I'm not 100% sure that this is the Reason for the Error but give it a shot, it might be

or it could be that your wc3 is messed up?

I often get this kind of error when saving my map with some little JASS errors, like referencing to inexistent functions or vars.
But it's in edition time, not in runtime.
Couldn't your map became corrupt? Or even your W3 installation...

Some other reason would be custom abilities that you removed,
but didn't remove on your Heroes, so, now, they have "unknown" in their abilities list.

Or a dependency reference from one unit to another and back again.

A corrupt model you imported?

If all else fails, reinstall.

whenever i make maps, (i wish i did... i cant beleive that happend) i should make a back up before i do anything big, that way, if something gets messed up, i can go back to the backup, and try it again, or in a different way. i cant really help with the problem, but this should help in the future.

it may happen becouse of 1.17 and 1.18

Mostly this happens on morphing units to other spetially if you try your hero to morph a unit which has no inventory forexample

The error it gave you was a hex error. If you know hex and programming, you can look up what exactly the error was.

Sure you could translate Hex to a 10-based integer, but this wouldn't be of any help to fix the problem.
As AceHart said, the problem should be something as weird as recursive dependences or null-pointed references. If not, try reinstalling
