Europe realm LAG since 1.09c

since the release of the new patch, much players (and I) connected with AOL can no more play due to a huge lag (ping 14000 or so ) and 15-20 seconds delay.. i posted three messages in three days, others gamers too, and always nothing from Blizzard, no msg, nothing..
If Blizzard wants to lose all AOL Europe customers, it do the right thing..

Hi Arastroth, did you delete the bncache.dat file in your D2 folder and did you reset the server list via the registry ?

seems to be a commonly reported issue, I'm sure Blizzard is looking into it

it's not just AOL

I'm having the same trouble (my 15 Europe chars are all unplayable), as are others, and I've never had an AOL account; I use cable. Thus, you're right that it's a commonly reported problem. Is Blizzard looking into it? We don't know; they refuse to say ANYTHING about all of the problems w/ 1.09c, so far.

It's been 5 days, and still nothing.

P.S....

Oh yeah, and I did delete the b.net cache file for D2, and I did delete the registry keys they said to delete, etc.... but, the problem ain't in my machine, fellas. Dey dun mucked up de battle.net reeeeeeal good dis time.
