event that has to do with corpses

ok i want to make it if corpses (the ones undead put in meat wagons) are in a region it will do an action but i dob't see an event for it can someone help me?

no i wanted to have the corpse of the unit not the unit dying. cause if a meat wagon picks it up and drops it in there it is different.

You were very unspecific.

Essentially a corpse IS a unit, just with the "dead" flag. So you would use an event: A unit enters region.
