So after seeing all of TheHelper's reciepie threads (and getting really hungry :D), I figured I'd see what you guys are into food wise. Maybe I'll see some delicious things in here that I've not tried and give it a go here at my house. lol

Post up some of your favorite things to eat/make (and if possible, pictures)! Lets see how different we all eat. :D

Can't beat a nice bit of steak... has to be rare though. Anymore than medium is a crime against good food.

BBQ ribs also. Especially with some lemon/pepper chicken on the side.

Also various meat pies. Chicken, steak, ham, etc.

I don't really have a favorite food!

Anymore than medium is a crime against good food.
I don't agree. lol
Beef should always be cooked to "well done" Medium and bloody meat should not even be an option!

As you might not have noticed my favorite food is a casserole. Whether it be Lasagna, Taco or Whatever variation the Casserole is my fave.

However, I am mighty fond of a Gyro. That one in the post above looks awesomely delicious!

Actually, after looking over this thread all the food here looks good.

I am especially interested in that Japanese Curry in there.

I have had the enchiladas mole at this authentic mexican place down the road and its not bad but I cant eat too much of it. The green is better than the chocolate they use though.

I also have an AWESOME Recipe for something like Chicken Cordon Bleu that I will be posting eventually (after I make it)

MOAR!!!

Has anyone tasted deer's heart? It's very delicious! Also moose has a nice flavor.
EDIT: Pics wanted, pics given!
Moose, kind of "dry" flavor, but very unique.

Deer's heart, slight taste of organs. Still very good.

And lets not forget pulled pork sandwiches!
I wish I could find somewhere that did those in the UK. I had one when I went to New York in 2008, and it was probably one of the best things I ate while I was there (and I spent more money on decent food than anything else :)).

chicken-schnitzel.jpg

schnitzel - pork tenderloin, beaten, covered in flour, then through egg whites, and then in bread crumbs (the like flavored kind..), and then fried

mashed potatoes with milk, Parmesan cheese, and paprika mixed in (il take a picture next time I make it, Google is failing me)

crepe_peach.jpg

crepes - but I don't go that fancy with the chocolate on top, just put some fruit preserves and roll them up then eat them

then also sushi and dumplings, but I think you guys know those without the need for pictures..

also creme brule, but my home-made stuff isn't really as great as the stuff you buy (I just burn the sugar in the microwave a bit, no fancy torches or anything)
