I actually preordered it. Looks pretty good and it's been like a decade since a new addition has come out for Final Fantasy.
But I'm not really a gamer, so I might not be as hyped up as you people might be.

From what ive heard the voice acting sucks, but thats nothing new in a ff game. But gameplays supposed to be good, and thats what matters, so im getting it.

Well, 12 was ok.. but heres proof 10s sucked(although it was still a good game)

Amongst the worst voice acting I've seen (heard?) in a game was in Far Cry 2. They all speak in monotone at 3 times the normal rate of human speech.
Slightly more on topic, I might get FF XIII. I did enjoy what I played of XII, and I need a game with a bit more depth to it than the 5 hour long shooters that seem to have flooded the market recently.

I agree that 10 was pretty good but it is widely considered the worst 1 (or 2 if you count 10-2) of all the final fantasy.

And yes I will be getting 13, after the new God of War.

How much of it is being AFC(away from controller) I sometimes have huge game times cause of leaving my systems on

I guess I'll post my reply again.

This will give 10 a run for its money, but the storyline won't be as original as 7. I personally didn't enjoy 10 as much as I did 8 or 9, but 13 should be good.

The PS3 has 1080p cutscenes and uncompressed audio all on 1 disc, whereas the 360 spreads the games out over 3 discs (I think). So if you want to enjoy this game in all its glory, use a PS3. My friend is getting this on 360 (I don't own a console) but it should be still very good.

I have about 600+ no lies, I have 100% completed in that game, it was my summer time wasted.
