Floating text Finish Him

Hello again, I have another question. How can i make it to when a player gets down to about 100 life it says finish him above his head in caps and it slows the dying players movement speed by 10%. Oh and also how can i make it to where you cannot attack your allies. Like it either cancels the command or it stops them.

For the first question, make a short cinematics sequence that makes the character transmit the message "Finish Him!"

Event - A unit owned by <blank> is attacked
Condition - Life of triggering unit is less than or equal to 100
Action - Unit - Set triggering unit movement speed to (current speed of triggering unit) x .9
Action - Cinematic stuff (sorry, my editor isn't open right now and I can't do cinematics off the top of my head)

For the second, here's a long way to do it..

Event - A unit owned by player red is attacked
Condition - attacking unit is owned by <teammate> OR attacking units is owned by <teammate> OR etc etc
Action - Order attacking unit to stop

I dunno if he wants a cinematic but all you need to do is just add a floating text above the unit in caps finish him at the end of the trigger.

can you make it floate up, note just ssit there? also, in many maps like that ive played, theres a cool voice that says "FFINISH 'EM" and i was wondering where it is, and could someone give me a link?

I believe the action was - set velocity of floating text to ___, at angle ___ or something.

Those voices? You might get them from wc3campaigns/wc3sear.ch, don't really know, though
