      • Map initialization
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Floating Text - Create floating text that reads Rahmahl Forest lev... at (Center of Rahmahl Forest <gen>) with Z offset 0.00, using font size 8.00, color (50.00%, 100.00%, 50.00%), and 0.00% transparency
      • Floating Text - Change (Last created floating text): Enable permanence
      • Floating Text - Create floating text that reads Evergrown Forest l... at (Center of Evergrown Forest <gen>) with Z offset 0.00, using font size 8.00, color (50.00%, 100.00%, 50.00%), and 0.00% transparency
      • Floating Text - Change (Last created floating text): Enable permanence
      • Floating Text - Create floating text that reads Haratti Highlands ... at (Center of Haratti Highland <gen>) with Z offset 0.00, using font size 8.00, color (50.00%, 100.00%, 50.00%), and 0.00% transparency

Can anyone please tell me why this only creates the first floating text?

you should probably set the points and floating text to variables.. and then turn off the trigger, since its only being used one time...
maybe that might help..

They are permanent by default, but I would test adding a
Show last created floating text to <whoever>
after each text you created.

Worked perfectly for me... Try deleting the trigger, re-do it or just use the following event:

Trigger:
  • Floatings Int Permanence
    • Events
      • Time - Elapsed game time is 0.00 seconds
