how do i make it so that when three teammates with dif races go to one building and get units they normally would in the building. so if i had a shipyard and put it in a base. night elf could get archer, huntress, etc. and human for ex could get footie, rifle, etc.
and how do i make food unlimited?

It's not a gameplay constant, set every unit trained to o food and set a map intilization action that sets every players food to none. Also for buildings remove the food produced. That creates the illusion that there is no food.

How do i do this. can i have step by step prosses? i also need it to be so when a human unit is training, it won't show up if you're night elf.

you can only set food produced for each unit/building on an individual basis in the unit editor.

you cannot set an unlimited food cap, gameplay constants will let you set it to 300 at most.

setting current food cap / use via triggers is done using the "player - set property" trigger action. You still can't go past the 300 food cap though (in fact I think you might only be able to set it to 90 at most via triggers, you should check that though).

actually I foudn out that food can go as high as 4000. I figued it out when I was creating a footies map and I set the food to zero but at map initilization it created a hero selector for the player and I forgot to set it's food to none. It was set at 2 and when the game started I had 4000 food.
