Not bad, but I think the actual meteor should stand out a little more from its trail.

But very good for only your 3rd icon, keep going!

If they didn't use so much they'd be very good icons .

Like Wolfie just said, your icons are very blurry. I suggest to increase a bit the constrast between the trail and the meteor itself. Also, making the center of the meteor a tiny bit whiter could be good too.

I think, haven't really tried this but it feels like I've written my paths wrong alot of times, that any path is ok if you jsut want to see the icon, BUT! It's when it need to find the other versions that the correct paths need to be there.

The BTN know's where to find DISBTN only when it's path is correct, I guess the same would go for a PAS button that need to show DISBTN when learning abilities and it can't be learned.

On the icon it is indeed very blurry, try adding dark strokes and highlights to the trail that engulfs the meteor itself!
