That is very true, if you wanted the terrain to be varied FP Camera may not be the best choice for you. Though it is possible with several camera angles, though is complicated.

Yeah true, I got the script somewhere in a map on an atm unused hdd.^^
It works perfectly well, I remember that it was very importand to use "Every 0.027(+) seconds",
otherwise the camera would get buggy on non-flat terrain.

It's somewhat related to the fact that if you instantly set a camera attribute to a value,
it still needs 0.027 seconds to set it to that attribute - eventhough they call it instant.
Using 0.027+ secs and the proper code you can even use FP-Camera on cliffs etc. ;)



Actually I just wanted to hint that something is wrong with your 'anchors' in the second post @ op.

Hi this is my first post here :)

I have a question
How can I make that in locked camera view (following unit) player cannot change angle of attack and cannot rotate it. Cause if he touches the scroll or Ins/Del buttons my distance value resets to default one :banghead:
