Gmax tutorial anyone?

Does anyone know where I could get a GMax tutorial.
or a user reference.

Im just starting out with it but im not going to be using it only for map making so the tutorial on here are quite useless to me in this sitatution.

I need a guide that will tell you what those buttons do and how to do such things..

Anything thats on the web and is free?

im afraid there is no gmax tutorial
the is a gmax BIBLE that is aproximatley 1000 pages.
you can write a whole book on the lighting by itself.

well I don't want a tutorial that would teach u the millions of possibility on what to do with Gmax but I want a user reference where it tell you what each button does.

and what option does to.
