Um... No? Most of those threads are asking for a specific name, for a specific type of hero...

Anyway, latin names are always cool Warcarft sorta dips into the corny way of making last names out of regular words, like Tyrande Whisper-Wind, and such... You can follow those footsteps, but I personally like personalized last names. Makes it seem more real.

you can always have mancers:
Pyromancer (oh yeah ) fire
Hydromancer water
Neckromancer death
Boimancer life
Geomancer earth
Areomancer air
Chronomancer time
Lithomancer stone

I think Axraz is a cool name 4 a barbarian-type hero. Maybe Skarr for an assassin or theif hero.

Depends on the hero. I like to give mutants and monsters completery random but weird sound names like Rugzor.

Weenog - Goblin
Imabeth IV - Necromancer
Nhuvasarim - Anything evil
Most of the names i have are names used in books or other games, with a few changes to fit how i wish they'd spelt them :nuts:
Or go with mases idea name a hero type "Wasted Savior" then have his name "Vallon" <3

-A random word that you can think of real fast.
-Names from movies/games/etc.
-And good names you see on forums and what not. (I.E. Names of people on the forums like Pyromancer, and Neopolis (i like that name))

[Rank - 3] - Summons 5 dead warriors from the dead to fight for you. Also deals 200 damage to nearby enemy units.
Saviors Stomp
[Rank - 1] - Stuns enemy units for 3 seconds and deals 150 damage.
[Rank - 2] - Stuns enemy units for 4 seconds and deals 200 damage.
[Rank - 3] - Stuns enemy units for 5 seconds and deals 300 damage.
Blink Strike
[Rank - 1] - Teleports the Legionaire to the target dealing 300 damage and stunning for 1 second.
[Rank - 2] - Teleports the Legionaire to the target dealing 400 damage and stunning for 2 second.
[Rank - 3] - Teleports the Legionaire to the target dealing 500 damage and stunning for 3 second.
Holy Strike
[Rank - 1] - When the Legionaire attacks and undead unit, he deals 50 extra damage.

Starlite if he was mkaing a melee type map your hereos are so damn strong even in games wit crazy heroes 6 second stun !

MY tips for names:

Use your imagnitaion think of a quik word find a wc3 name smash it in make it unique and stuff and you might get a good name or some crappy name but try again.

Feel free to msg me for good hero ideas I totaly rock at making them I used to make heroes under VERY VERy high standards the heroes form that site from will gets like BOO unorignal unbalanced no creativty no syerngy how long did u take to think of it? those flaming but i think I can make some good hero ideas and only ideas some i can make. And if you wondering I used to be a hero maker on DotA cept i friggin flamed me for some dum reason and i flamed back and you know mod came i got banned lost postin privledges and yah if you want a hero idea done email me at [email protected]
