this is a simple hero arena which contains anime & video game characters.

Features:
- choose from so far 18 characters.
- 2 game mode: point n time limit
- jass spells
- stupid AI
- custom models and skins
- available characters: naruto, sasuke, vivi, cloud, subzero, storm, mario, ace, eneru, fat buu, master chief, sakura, ichigo, sonic, kimahri, nico robin, lina inverse, haunter.
- Map is in English.

that would depend on if he found the skin online. if he did then no permission is necessary, vile1 would have to deal with it since it was found in a public place. however, if he did just rip from the map that would be different. just making a point : )
