I don't really think it was worth making a thread for 1 recoloured icon, but that's IMO.

Not much to say really as it is just a re-colour.

Could probably, together with your other recolor, be used as a agility version of boots.
Don't know if youve played DotA so if the reciepe is with boots of speed and an agility item you get these, and if it's botts of speed with an intelligence item you get the gray/silver ones you made before.

Anyways as with quality, you haven't done much, it's a recoloring that can be made in roughly 1 min. Good for training but doesn't give much result.

And if you want to submit you should add them to a zip archive with a readme that says how to import and include the import details in your thread.

There is nothing more to like here than the default icon.
It's barely changed.
