Anyone who is over 180 cm is a potential basketball player here.

True to my name (and my lack of physical activity) I'm at 113 kg and 183 cm. Funny to see how little everyone is. Kinda makes me wanna rip through my shirt and HULK-SMASH my way through the lot of ya =D

A non-related question though: East-Asians (by sterotype, but it seems to be a true one) tend to be shorter on the average than most others throughout the world. Presumably, throughout the course of human history the largest and most successful males were the most attractive, and thus reproduced the most, granting us a general increase in stature over time. I wonder if there was a circumstance in East-Asian countries where the smaller fellows were the ones that were most attractive and able to procreate most, and that's why they're generally shorter? Or if it's geographically related, or both?

Ya'll are in college or already finished with it, and I feel like this might be within your field of study, NigerianRulz? Is there a definitive answer behind this?

I did post a report on human height and race, and it turns out us Asians lack more genes than any other races, which also affects our height. Less genes = less height gained.

i can probably give you a lecture on males/females attractiveness and everything that comes with it if you :)
there is no DEFINITE answer but there are ways to navigate around that. May i ask are you good/average with women? I'll be to first to admit, about 2 years ago i would've been the most shy, frigid guy you would know, not anymore. ;)

It depends, some east-asians grow up to be on the tall side, im the tallest person in my family, its all about the stuff you did while you were a kid that promoted stuff like growing, and most importantly, eating will make you grow also. And theres no secret to getting muscle and working all, all you have to do is just do it, find some music and DO IT. Magically, stuff happens :O

while nutrients and exercises at an early age will help promote growth, probably about 85% of your height is determined by your genes.
Building muscles can be about genes too, everyone have their strengths and weakness in terms of their muscle groups which is determine by genes e.g. your abs. But that shouldn't discourage anyone from BUILDING SOME ROCK HARD MUSCLASSS

How can you tell the difference between real traffic and indexing or AI generation bots?
  • The Helper The Helper:
The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats
  • Varine Varine:
I want to build a filtration system for my 3d printer, and that shit is so much more complicated than I thought it would be
  • Varine Varine:
Apparently ABS emits styrene particulates which can be like .2 micrometers, which idk if the VOC detectors I have can even catch that
  • Varine Varine:
Anyway I need to get some of those sensors and two air pressure sensors installed before an after the filters, which I need to figure out how to calculate the necessary pressure for and I have yet to find anything that tells me how to actually do that, just the cfm ratings
  • Varine Varine:
And then I have to set up an arduino board to read those sensors, which I also don't know very much about but I have a whole bunch of crash course things for that
  • Varine Varine:
These sensors are also a lot more than I thought they would be. Like 5 to 10 each, idk why but I assumed they would be like 2 dollars
  • Varine Varine:
Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality
  • Varine Varine:
Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing
  • The Helper The Helper:
Maybe you could find some of that information from AC tech - like how they detect freon and such
  • Varine Varine:
That's mostly what I've been looking at
  • Varine Varine:
I don't think I'm dealing with quite the same pressures though, at the very least its a significantly smaller system. For the time being I'm just going to put together a quick scrubby box though and hope it works good enough to not make my house toxic
  • Varine Varine:
I mean I don't use this enough to pose any significant danger I don't think, but I would still rather not be throwing styrene all over the air

I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.
  • The Helper The Helper:
It is just not easy to fix styles and customize but it definitely can be done
  • The Helper The Helper:
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
