Well my computer seems to be getting some error messages as soon as I log on, forcing me to either shutdown or reboot.
These error messages say:
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file C:\x. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
x shows up as many file locations, $Mft, various directories and system files.
When I try to boot in safe mode, it comes up with a bunch of lines and stops, with the last message being:
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32\giveio.sys
However, I am able to log on to other accounts on the computer fine without any problems.
Any help is appreciated.
