healing auras

hey how do u change how many hit points a spell can heal per sec. well cause i was tryin to change the arua that the foutains use. the healing one and i was wondering how u change it. i want to make it so it doesn't heal as fast. would it be the one under data? i don't know plz help.
 
ok cause it just mostly said data so i didn't want to change somewthing important. also wat do u think i should change it to? i want to slow it down?
 
If I remember correctly, the fountain does not have any stats per say.

ITs aura is in the object editor under ability: Neutral Hostile: units: life regneration aura (neutral)

the aura works as a percentage, the stat value is .01 (OMG gives me an idea) and the range is 500.

you could make your own ability based on that and shorten the range, I dont know if you could go to a third decimal place, but you could turn off the working as a percentage ability, which I would imagine then just increase the health by .01 per whatever........ is this any help?
 
Hmmm, did I post about this earlier? Seems like I did, o well. The aura's default is to heal 0.01 PERCENT. Uncheck the "Data - Percentage". The value of the hit points regenerated is a real number, so if you change it to 1 it will regenerate 1 HP per second.
 
yea cool u did post before they were deleted. idk y. so thats y red beard posted i was alrdy helped but they were deleted lol. well ok i will look into that conan that was a good idea im gonna do that.

    And we JUST got a new warcraft 3 campaign after 20 years! Bummer lol. Thanks for building and maintaining such an awesome community over the years TheHelper! Forums like these are definitely a relic of their time, and in its heyday it really was the place to be in its niche. Hopefully the discord community stays active!

    and i dont think I am going to close the site it is just likely to change drastically but I am working on something for the interim still fleshing it out. Most of the forums are going to be gone though and the NUON site and Warcraft sites will probably to to different hosts. I might keep the news forum though :)

    I'm going on a backpacking trip pretty soon. I've been trying to do it for a few years now and it just couldn't happen. I'll be by myself, and I think it'll be really good for me. My pack is already too heavy so I can't bring alcohol, and that might be a benefit to me. Like had that probation and couldn't drink, but it's a bit different when you can't do something voluntarily versus threat of literal imprisonment
