I have a problem that I can't fix and quite frankly, very frustrated.

I was playing starcraft on my laptop and I Paused the game and left the game as it was on for quite a bit. I resumed the game and played through. I Exited game and when I came back to the desktop, i noticed my background image's color was distorted. All the jpg images I checked had color problems.
I tried everything from setting it in properties, to rebooting....etc.
but still the same problem.

How do I fix this problem? Plz help

Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, Display, Settings tab. Set the color depth to 16 or 32 bits.

I think we are off the subject here.. /:
About that, I had something filimilar, but after restarting the computer it passed.
I think that minimizing SC causes the progblem, though I dono how\why.
