Help Importing Skin

I am having help importing my skin. I have read the guide on the site. I put an image of a chimera through photoshop to start with. Then I made it into a blp with the extractor. I imported it in with "units\nightelf\chimaera\chimera.blp". I have tried rebooting the editor. Nothing changes no matter what I do and I cant tell why. Please help!

(Note: In the imported file properties, it says "Used:0". This striked me as possibly meaningful so I included it.)

    Guys just a heads up I am going to be shutting the site down soon. I am just waiting on the NUON people to decide whether they want to transfer forum data and keep the discord.     I'd rather personally just own a backup of the Nuon data than see it go to AtariAge honestly. If it gets enshittified as per usual, or if some of the "regular" Jaguar folks get there, it's not gonna be fun
