Ugh, you have to have a Static IP address to open up ports in your router. Ryoko said you can use a lease IP but I think that's for certain router's because I couldn't find it on mine. Dynamic IP is the default IP address on routers. You have to set it to Static to open ports on alot of them. And yes, I'm stumped about that because usually routers say like "enter your password" or something like that. It shouldn't have you enter your email or something. Your probably aren't going to the router but Comcast is redirecting you or something. I have no idea what a pseudo-Static IP is but I'm pretty sure most routers don't have that. I've looked through some of the different routers on www.portfoward.com and all of them say the same thing but give you a different screenshot as router setup pages are different.
