Help me make a Death Knight

Theme: Reversal

Abilities:
Death Coil: Deals damage to a unit from a distance equal to 1.50/2.00/2.50/3.00 times your Wisdom

Frost Fever: Attacks with a cold blade that reduces your enemy's attack speed and movement speed by 13/17/21/25%.
Death Pact: Binds a target and trades half of your own HP with half of your target's HP for up to 5 seconds.

Concept:
Death Coil: Quick damage and long ranged.
???:
Frost Fever: Slower foes=Fewer attacks=Less damage
Death Pact: Evens out your HP with your target. Both units should have about the same HP if channeled completely.

Would you like it to be passive or active? Should Death Coil be his primary damage ability, with other abilities supporting it?

I don't know. But it needs to work well with Death Pact.
For example, after you successfully set both units to equal HP and then:
A - Death Coil deals direct damage making the enemy have X HP less than you.
B - Frost Fever slows enemies, thus it allows you to cut away their HP faster than they can.

How about this? Mildly offensive, lets you deal more damage and also disables fleeing enemies.

Name: Shadow Slash
Description: Imbues your sword with shadow energy, then slashes the target at close range. Deals damage, stuns the target and reduces its armor. You gain increased damage after casting this.
Damage: (1.5 x Str) + (0.75 x Int)
Stun Duration: 1.5 seconds
Armor Reduction: 2/3/4/5
Damage Increase: 15/20/25/30%
