Help me with battle.net for broodwar

I have a problem with battle.net in broodwar. Whenever i go to battle.net it gives me the options to join the phillipines,USA(not east or west just USA),asia,korea,australia and others. However there is no option for U.S. East, U.S. West, Europe, or Asia. My friend who lives in the same apartment i have can join all4 and no more(which is what i want so i can play him). I have uninstalled reinstalled i have all the latest patches and my game is not cracked but everyone in my apartment area but me gets the options to connect to the 4 realms mentioned above please help me please!!!!!!!!!!
 
(the new SC patch has a thing that lets you choose which gateway to connect to)

Someone or something, such as a map hack or bot you may have
downloaded has modified your server list. When you log onto a server
you submit your account name and password as well as your CD-key. If
the gateway you connect to is run by a malicious person they could
then steal your account on the real Battle.net servers. To help
prevent from connecting to a possible scam site, do the following:

Click on Start then Run
Type "regedit" and click OK
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Local_Machine" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Current_User" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key
You should now be able to connect to Battle.net, if you still see non
Blizzard Gateways listed completely uninstall and reinstall the game.

If reinstalling does not solve the issue you will need to contact the
maker of the 3rd party program you installed for assistance on how to
remove their program so you can connect to Battle.net again.

The current existing Battle.net Gateways are USEast, USWest, Europe
and Asia. You can choose which gateway you wish to connect through
from the Multiplayer Option, located in the Main Menu..

Sorry but being the computer illiterate person i am, whenever i go to run and put in "regedit" it tells me it is disabled by the administrator....but im the administrator, how do i make it so i can edit? ty:mad:

    Today I had to scramble, I didn't work most of dinner service and no one told me shit. They had a rough few hours lol

    I have two salmon, Sockeye and Atlantic. Atlantic is used for the kids salmon and the salmon and beet salad, and can also be added onto any dish or just as a side. Atlantic salmon will almost exclusively ever be FARMED, as it is endangered in the wild, and we ALWAYS cut them to 4 ounces.

    SOCKEYE salmon, very different and this IS wild caught. We have an ENTREE version, and an add on version. The entree is 7 ounces, the add on is 4. Why? Because that is how someone that wasn't me set up the computer.

    All in all though I think this summer is going really well. Some complicated things, but at the end of the day it isn't THAT big of a deal. Not all of our servers have quite realized they are technically sales

    Like yeah it is a substitute, but FOMO. Chef isn't getting this again this year, he has to figure it out, so it's slightly off on the menu, but that is more or less the LOWEST quality and price. Right now, steelhead is a real stealhear, right?
