Help on campaigns

hello.. what is the difference of the object editor of the campaign..
and the map's inside the campaign's object editor..

i mean.. the unit being used is the map's right?.. so.. what is the purpose of the campaign's unit editor..

This is just a wild guess, but, object changes inside the Campaign Editor apply to all maps of that campaign.
Which would mean that you don't need to import the same settings into all of the maps.
Keeps the size down.

Some day, I'm going to actually try it out...
