Help Tribes 2

OKay i just got a new video card so i could run tribes 2 on my comp. Everything is fine and dandy ti'll i reach the enter a cd key. i enter it in along with my other stuff like my characrter name and my account name and all the good stuff btu when i hit submit it tells me that someone all ready has used that cd key. I didn't burn this one i bought it in the stores but how could someone else have teh same?issed:

Ok so you always had Tribes 2, but you just couldn't run it? Say you bought it 5 months ago and made a name with a password then. You need to use that same name and password to log in. If you just bought the game and have this problem make sure you didn't enter it wrong then return it to the store and get another copy saying this one didn't work.

If you have an email address you can type that in the lost password box and they will send you your name and password if you signed up originally with that email when you made your account for Tribes 2, thats what I did since I didn't remember it and hadn't played for 4 months.

Thanks 4 ur input but what ended up happending is if cd keys aren't in play for a certain amount of time they take them out of thier data base. What i ended up doing is e-mailing a sierra and telling them they gladfully said that this account is ready to be used!
