Help Undesignate

I designate someones Bot on my Clan and now is baning everyone who is joining the channel. I cant kick or ban the bot because it says: " You can't kick/ban an operator". Pls tell me how do i Undesignate the bot or tell me how do i kick him out of the clan.
 
Are you not the Chieftan of the clan? If so you should simply be able to remove it via clan admin

If not you need the chief to do it.

Or simply tell the person with the bot to deactivate it.

Well if your the chief how do you get to the clan admin part? like what do you go to?

cause this problem has now happened with our clan and the person who's bot it is won turn it off. and we need to get it undesignateed

please any help would be great
