Hi!

I have searched the forum with no luck at all and i decided to start this thread.

I know there is a way to change the axis of several/all doodads (and Destructibles?)

Ive seen this being made before and i really need the help on finding how to.
Im making those instance wall's that i want to be long enough for the 3'd-person cam
not to see over them. I know i can resize what im using as wall's atm but i dont want
only that. I want them to be only higher now (I guess that's the Y axis?).

Then they dont have to read all post's

I have looked around a quickie in the Objekt-editor (Just shallow, no deep investigation
so i might have missed it) and i have found no Doodads/Destructibles that have that
as option's, changing the X Y Z axis.

Another picture describing the X Y Z Axis:

Just a picture of the three Axis and the Y axis that i want to modify.

What i dont need to know:

I am able to modify all the Axis using Shift + PgUp/PgDown but only to a certain point.
Then it stops. And i also just want to change the Height.

Im sure ive seen that you can modify the Axis using something in the Objeceditor
or wherever i saw that.

I know there is a way to change it just using the WE and using the War3modeleditor
on every singel item that i need to be fixed is just gonna take ages.

IMPORTANT:

The way you heighten an Doodad/Destructible with Shift + PageUp / PageDown
might also be able to get to the maximum height.

Would be appreciated if someone with enough skills confirmed this!

Help would be appreciated and thanks in advance :)

If you want to raise something I think you do ctrl +Page up & down? Something like that. It's some keystroke...

Ah yeah well that i know but was not what i meant :)

Im trying to make it Higher. Stretch it out.

Code:
                       ##
                       ##
                       ##
                       ##
                       ## ##
                       ## ##
                     After Before

Make the right one of this hilarious demonstration look like the one on the left side after i have changed the Y axis (i think it's the one for height)

And yes i know i can raise and put 2 of the same on-top of eachother but that's still not what im looking for :)

Not sure I understand your first post. Can you clarify?

Play around with keypad + and - and home and end (remember to try using ctrl and shift when experimenting). Make sure you set the Art minimum and maximum scale in object editor to something other than 1.00.

You can modify axis with programs like War3ModelEditor. You get what you want in and you can modify them like you want to. And btw, if you had a sheet you would see the Y like this: |, the x like this: ¯ and the z like a point: .

The z is like the 3D

That helped a bit. I am able to modify all the Axis using Shift + PgUp/PgDown but only to a certain point. Then it stops. And i also just want to change the Height.

Thanks anyway :)
