help w/ gate

im making a campaign where you have to buy a key from a goblin to open the gate and i am confused about what trigger to use to make the gate open

also, when i tried to add the map to the campaign, the text turned blue and said it wont work

Event: Unit enters a region (make a region around the gate area). Actions: Open the game (under the Destructible category).

also, when i tried to add the map to the campaign, the text turned blue and said it wont work

So, it literally said, "it wont work"? Specific error messages are extremely useful.
