Help With Custom Data in Campaign Editor.

I copied a few units, items, abilities into the custom data section in the campaign editor. These units are printed in blue. The problem is when I open a map in the campaign in which the units were not created in, they seem to vanish whenever I start the map please help! This is my first post so sorry if I did anything wrong. Thanks in advance.
