Help with making unit autocast

I made a hero ability, such that it will create a minion to autocast some spells on friendly unit. I created that spell using a base spell say heal [autocast], and give it to the unit. Now i try, everything's fine up to the point when the unit is summoned, but it doesn't autocast, instead i have to right click on him to make him autocast. Is there a way, whereby the unit will keep autocasting by itself?

ok, you can write a trigger for this.

let's say you gave the unit the heal spell that the human priest uses (or a custom spell based off that spell).

event:
[unit enters region]
a unit enters <playable map area>

condition:
[unit-type comparison]
(unit-type of <entering unit>) equal to <whatever your minion is>

action:
wait 0.10 seconds
[unit - issue order with no target]
Order (entering unit) to <Human Priest - Activate Heal>

That should activate the autocast on the minion, and he will now autocast heal.

If you're wondering why the wait is there, its because the event might fire a bit before the unit has been
actually "created". I advise you to remove it and see if the trigger works, because no wait is the preferable option.
