I'm trying to make a multiboard that includes a kill count and the level of their hero (their only unit). The column marked Hero Level starts at 0, and it should be 1. Another problem is that the max value is 1.

EDIT: Deleted the first triggers to shorten the post.

I set the hero_levels variable to the value 1, as I had no idea on how to fix it :banghead:

Here's your problem:
Trigger:
  • Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 4, row List to 0

You're clearly setting it to the value "0" there :D

It should probably look like this:
Trigger:
  • Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 4, row List to Hero_Levels[(Player number of (Picked player)))]

And also, add this action above that one:
Trigger:
  • Set Hero_Levels[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))] = 1

And also, neither this:
Code:
Set Hero_Levels[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))] = Hero_Levels[((Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))[COLOR="Red"] + 1)][/COLOR]

Not this:
Code:
Set Kill_Count[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] = Kill_Count[((Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))[COLOR="Red"] + 1)][/COLOR]

Should look like that, they should look like this:
Code:
Set Hero_Levels[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))] = (Hero_Levels[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))[COLOR="Red"]] + 1)[/COLOR]

Code:
Set Kill_Count[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] = (Kill_Count[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))[COLOR="Red"]] + 1)[/COLOR]

Notice that that "1" isn't inside these "[ ]" :D

      • Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 3, row Multiboard_spots[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] to (String((Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))))

Trigger:

      • Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 4, row Multiboard_spots[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))] to (String((Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))))

I think I've done somewhat what you told me. I still have no idea why it doesn't work though.

Code:
Set Hero_Levels[(Player number of ([COLOR="Red"]Owner of (Leveling Hero)[/COLOR]))]

Supposed to be (Picked player) :D

Code:
Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 3, row Multiboard_spots[(Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit)))] to [COLOR="Red"](String((Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit))))[/COLOR])

Supposed to be "String(Kill_Count[Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit))])" :D

Code:
Multiboard - Set the text for (Last created multiboard) item in column 4, row Multiboard_spots[(Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero)))] to [COLOR="Red"](String((Player number of (Owner of (Leveling Hero))))[/COLOR])

Same here, but with Hero_Levels[Player number of (Owner of (Killing unit))] :D

Ah, thanks a lot for helping me out.
On another note: Do you have to start out with a hero to make a custom hero?

Only if you don't have JASS Newgen Pack, which is a WE Addon which gives you the opportunity to give each unit their own rawcode.

And if this rawcode (Which consists of 4 letters and/or numbers) starts with a capital letter, then it's a hero, otherwise a simple unit :D
