hero drop items

Is there a way for heroes to keep their drop items? Instead of only the first time it dies it drops something? If so, how?

Not totally sure about the question, but I think you're asking "Can a hero drop an item once on death, and then stop after each successive death?"

You can do that through triggers

unit dies
unit type is heroblabla
drop items in heroblabla inventory
turn off (this trigger)

if i understand it correctly you mean that the hero will keep the item? instead of it droping? then you must go to the item

No, what I am saying is you know how you choose items for a hero to drop once killed? Well the hero only drops them the first time it dies. I want the hero to drop its items every time it dies. *Not just on the first death*

Well i guess i could just make a trigger that says when "hero" dies create item at region.

To be honest I don't know why it only drops sometimes.

Can you verify that the second time it dies it still has the items..? that might be why it's only dropping once (theres only 1 set of items)

I think i'm just going to do what I said earlyer with the triggers. cause i can't seem to find any other way.



I'm really not sure how you would verify something like that.
