Hero gets stuck

When playing a game that i have worked on sometimes a hero will get stuck on a command and wont do anything.
Examples:
1). That is untill it finishs what it started ex: told to move somewhere.
2). If it is on the stop command it must br killed to get un stuck.

This is a problem thats i cant find the problem. An suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

From what you've said i can only say it sounds liek a bug, i had oen in my map, ocasionly a trigger refuse to work, i tried every thing , in my case i jsut had to change teh trigger,

nope, i dont have any triggers about heros.
