Hero has a skill trigger

Is there any trigger that can confirm that a hero has a skill?
The rison of this is that im trying to add a 7 strenght per level to hero that have devotion aura.

Couldn't you just go to the Object editor and make it so that the hero got 7 strength every level?

Polo thanks +rep il try it. Avalerria the rison is that im createin costme hero mode and the devotion aura geaves 7 strenght per level. The base atribute bonus per level is 0 for all heroes. Each magic that you will choose geaves some atributes, and per level.
