How do i revive a hero after some time but i want for the hero level to matter so if hero is 1 level it takes say 10 seconds but for every level add 2 more seconds

Its not that hard.
But first do you want a timer for the countdown or just a message apearing to the player?

i want a timer to apear in the upper right corner ( where the scoreboard is) or if it cannot be with scoreboard the lower right corner

Here ya go :D

Code:
Revive Hero
    Events
        Unit - A unit Dies
    Conditions
((Dying unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
    Actions
Set (Place Unit Variable Here) = (Dying unit)
Countdown Timer - Start (Last started timer) as a One-shot timer that will expire in ((Real((Level of (Dying unit)))) x 10.00) seconds
Countdown Timer - Create a timer window for (Last started timer) with title Hero Revive in
Countdown Timer - Show (Last Created Timer Window)
        Wait - ((Real((Level of (Dying unit)))) x 10.00) seconds
Countdown Timer - Destroy (Last created timer window)
Hero - Instantly revive (Dying Unit) at (Place Region Here), Show revival graphics

I dont have my WEU open so its not perfect... but it will work

i think it will still work cause i dont think any of those are custom from WEU...

Wait - ((Real((Level of (Dying unit)))) x 10.00) seconds

this isnt what he was asking for, I think he wanted something more like this

Wait - ((Real((Level of (Dying unit)))) * 2 + 8

But this isnt exactly what he wanted, for level 2, using the action I showed above, they would wait 14 seconds, and for level 3 they would wait 16 seconds, but for level 1 they would wait 10 seconds like you asked.

If you use Player 11's action then they would wait as follows:

level 1 - 10
level 2 - 20
level 3 - 30
level 4 - 40
level 5 - 50
level 6 - 60
etc.

Opps, my bad

what i have will make it so its like this:

Level 1 - 10 sec
Level 2 - 20 sec
Level 3 - 30 sec

and so on...

For his it will be

Level 1 - 10 sec
Level 2 - 12 sec
Level 3 - 14 sec
Level 3 - 16 sec

and so adding 2...

So if you want his just replace mine with that or if you want mine do absolutly nothing :P

K having some problems with We so im hoping it works when i try it :)

EDIT- I canot find all the actions! i dont know how to make real hero level???

sorry to double post but im really in need of explanation of the trigger that u wrote i cannot use it becouse i cannot make or find realherolevel

its a conversion...

its like this:

convert real to integer

and then you can find hero level and place of dying unit

Yes.....

Hello betsy i need to milk ya

Plz step by step i didnt understand a word

ok... hold on...

1) Go to Start Timer
2) Fill in the Timer with your timer varable
3) Keep it as a One-Shot timer
4) Click the 30.00 part
5) click the first 1.00 part
6) go to the drop down menu under Function
7) click Conversion - Convert Integer to Real
8) click the blue part
9) click Unit - Level of unit
10) click Triggering Unit
11) scroll up on the menu under function and click click Event Response - Dying Unit
12) click OK twice.
13) click the 1.00 part
14) click the 1.00 part again
15) change to 2 and click ok
16) click the second 1.00
17) change to 8 and click ok twice
18) click the '+' sign
19) change to the 'x' sign and click ok three times

and you should come out with this:
Countdown Timer - Start (Your Variable Here) as a One-shot timer that will expire in ((Real((Level of (Dying unit)))) x (2.00 + 8.00)) seconds

Theres a problem in this trigger u wrote I DID It yes but its x10 becouse its x(2+8) so how can we make this different?

Im touched :P lol

Well ok... just do this instead:

1) Go to Start Timer
2) Fill in the Timer with your timer varable
3) Keep it as a One-Shot timer
4) Click the 30.00 part
5) click the first 1.00 part
6) go to the drop down menu under Function
7) click Conversion - Convert Integer to Real
8) click the blue part
9) click Unit - Level of unit
10) click Triggering Unit
11) scroll up on the menu under function and click click Event Response - Dying Unit
12) click OK twice.
13) click the 1.00 part
15) change to 10 and click ok
16) click the '+' sign
17) change to the 'x' sign and click ok three times

So what did i do now? i just made the trigger same i want to make it levelofhero x 2 + 8 without () becouse i want it to be 10 14 16 18 and not 10 20 30 40

Edit- i could also use that the camera shifts to the revivaval point if u get my meaning

ok then...

so for the first 1.00 part in the arithmetic function you will have the conversion part and the X 2 part and in the second 1.00 part you will have it be + 8

and you will have your 10, 12, 14, 16.... time revival trigger

Yahoo i did it !!!!!!!!! finnaly i succseeded in this the only thing i need now is the camera going to show to the point where the hero is reviving

just add this:

Camera - Pan (Owner of (Dying Unit) camera target to (Region Here)

    LOL! A tweak job!

this is the fix I get from that yeah this is hard to control. disabling bots is pretty much necessary as ai and other bots would push really old threads to the top. reduce weight of view count. disable guest view tracking if you really want to push active threads to the top. a bit of tinkering for a few days with the weights and other settings should get you a decent trending widget box.
  • Ghan Ghan:
I changed the settings a bit.
  • Ghan Ghan:
Narrowed it to 7 days for the half-life and set views to 0 weight.
  • The Helper The Helper:
I dont think Trending would work for this forum it would be better to just have the last 5 posts from anywhere
  • Ghan Ghan:
Probably will have to give it some time to update.
  • Ghan Ghan:
I'm guessing it is not retroactive.
  • Ghan Ghan:
Next on the punch list: Update the server to Ubuntu 24.04.

One thing I have noticed and I dont know if it is by design but like 1 out of 3 times I come to the site the Anubis screen just hangs open, if I refresh it will go away but sometimes it hangs
  • Ghan Ghan:
    I've seen that as well.
  • The Helper The Helper:
Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.
  • Ghan Ghan:
Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.
  • The Helper The Helper:
Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
  • The Helper The Helper:
oh wow, i bet i can post x links now and do the webp pics now giggity

Weekend went by too fast. Next weekend I am going to try to do a nature thing - buddy of mine lives by the Colorado river and has some kayaks and invited me to do some kayaking from a place he knows to get on the river.
  • Ghan Ghan:
    That sounds like an adventure.
