Well, i have WinXP Pro. and i cant host my freaking map....
I tried the tutorial:
Multiple computers, with a router
Use static IP addresses on each computer. Configure your router not to assign IP addresses to other computers (DHCP). You do not need to use Windows Firewall.
Multiple computers, with a router, alternative
Configure your router to assign addresses (DHCP), and configure it to not expire 'IP address leases'. This way, your IP address will remain the same every time you boot your computer. Sometimes, if the router loses power, it will reset itself, and IP's will be reassigned. You do not need to use Windows Firewall.
but i need more help then this, please someone help me.
I also have a Firewall(2X)... two firewalls... one from router, and winxp service pack 1.
