How do i activate wayports

i put them on my map but they are not active ..i need step by step ...i have never taken a programming class

just double click on them, and the box that pops up will let you set the destination. I think the destination can only be a region, so you have to make a region at the destination first.

No past exp makeing region ..

so i dont know where to go to start ..i got the game a month ago and added monsters and added and took away drops played with all the parts of making and furnishing a map but never did triggeres or regions ..is there a tutorial for newbies?

not really, the editor isn't really a newbie tool anymore, if it ever was in the RoC days. You should consult the warcraft 3 editor help for precise explanations of what things do. I don't think many newbies know it exists, or perhaps they think it won't be any good without looking at it. trust me, its good, it was written by blizzard and its designed for anyone to read.

plus also look at the few tutorials in the faq.
