How do I make a unit attack multiple units?

Hello, I am trying to make a TD, and I am having trouble having some towers attack multiple units at once, you know, shoot like 6 arrows at 6 targets. Stuff like that. I know i've done it before, but for some reason I either forgot how or it's not working. In object editor I do: Maximum Number of Targets: 4 because I want my tower to attack 4 targets at once. But in game, it only attacks one. Please help! Thx
