How do i use two maps together?

Hey new here... getting into the World Editor thing... and Was wondering if someone could PLEASE tell me how to make it so i can have a hero step into a region, and move to a seperate map, and vice-versa.

Its called preloading. Try opening Warcrafts Campaign (preferably the Founding of Duratar) and find out how they did it so good. FYI if they used JASS for it just pm me and i will tell u how.

i WOULD open Founding of Duratar, but i cant find it in my program files? Also i know about the preloading thing, however i have no idea how to get it to work... whenever i try it gives me an 4 options, none of which let me choose a seperate map. do you have a link to a tutorial or something? this is driving me crazy!

Did u upload the map with campaign editor when u tried the preloading?

i've added the map to it in campain editor, if thats what you mean

if not, then i really dont know

No tutorials as far as I know. Saving heros use's the Game Cache by the way. To get the Campaign download a mpq editor(try www.wc3sear.ch/www.wc3campaigns.com) and open war3x.mpq. The map files are somewhere in there.

Ok, i've gotten the preloading to work, however now how do i make it so my hero goes to a different map?

come on, i know people here know how to do this... i cant make my map unless i know how to do this, i've been trying to figure it out for hours with no luck
