How to "block" slots ( on emty or with computer player )

Hi, i started to map yesterday i have my own TD ( i copy scripts from other td and changed them so i can learn on them and i learned; if its wrong srry )
And i dnt know how to block slot on empty or with computer player [ when i host game i dnt must to set computer players on that slot and i cnt change it ]

In scenario-> Player Properties i set tick on permament place ( if i am wrong srry i have Polish version of editor and i translate it how i can ) but it dnt work.I host the game and all slots are open :/

If some 1 dnt understand me. If i host game i want 2 computers on 2 last slots with darkgreen and brown.

There's a checkbox at the top of the Forces tab that says Fixed Player Settings. You have to check the one above it first though.

sift through player properties and set the players to either user or computor player then set fixed properties like he said then theyl be comps and users. . . if u dont wany anyone there then say users non if that helps i cant realy understand if thats what u wanted or something elses. . . plz be more specific
