How to Customize Wall End

Hi people, as i can tell there is a chance to change the used textures or whatever a model uses like the Wall End for the tileset Cityscape. I want to make it a hedge or something, but how to do it? I don't know even what keywords are needed for searching so asking is my best option. Thanks for any help
