how to make it go away???

hey guys i have recently download and installed getright download manager but i didn't like it so i uninstalled it, however, when i right click on a internet link right now, i always get Download with GetRight and Open with GetRight option, can somebody tell me how to make those things go away?

How did you uninstall it?
There's some keys in the registry for ShellExtensions, should be listed under one of those.

uninstall it by using the uninstall program that come with it, i'm going to try what you said for registry thingy, mean while, there's a new crtical update for windows 98 (not sure limited to second edition only) users, check your windows update

1st edit: oh where can i find the ShellExtension inside the registry? thanks

2nd edit: if i found it, how will i know which key to delete? will it be obvious???

If you open the shell extension keys they will contain the text to be displayed, look for what you want to get rid of and delete it.

yeah i found Shell Extension and still didn't know which key to delete in order to make the Download with GetRight and Open with GetRight Browser go away... anybody care to help me?

Search the registry for "Open with GetRight" or whatever, making sure the caps match. It should find what you need to delete.
