How to raise cliff levels with GUI or JASS?

I figured I could never make a perfect symmetric map for my maul, so I want to have it done by triggers each time the game starts.
But I failed to find the function to raise or lower cliffs...
But I know it is possible somehow, I've seen it in a spell which I can not find now :\
I need assistance.

Just have a negative value for depth.

I know how to raise or lower height... I need to make cliffs.

It's not possible with the editor to make cliffs. However, you can do what Pharaoh_ suggested, and create a Pathing blocker as well. That's as close as you're going to get.
