How to reduce import sizes

Hi every1,

I got a problem... 8mb map limit isn't working too well for me...

I need to reduce the size of the imported files I'm using. I have found a few things online but are useless.
1 promising thing was the BLPPaletter but for some reason it doesn't recognize .blp 's on my computer...

Is there any other tools you guys can think of/ use yourself that are useful in this field?

I've tried to use no sized models but its rather difficult but I don't mind reducing some of the models quality if it means having the models in the map because of right removing models will take away from the game's feel and look.

Current map size is sitting at about = 6.7mb
and it still needs more

- Reduce polygons in models
- Increase blp compression
- Use Vexorians optimizer

Thehiveworkshop->tools should have them.
I know there's a program there that makes a bunch of things multiples of 4 so it saves room (when compressed). Like, it might say 400 KB but it could really be 366. The filename becomes whateveriotis_compressed.mdx kind of thing.
