How to successfully load a Hero|GameCache

Hey guys , i've been searching and searching for tutorials of how to use Game Caches properly and how to load heroes from map1 to map2, i've been trying all sort of ways,i just finished examining the blizzards DemoCampaign,and i've done 100% same triggers as they did,and yet,its not working, i just keep getting more and more irritated as im doing everything as its supposed to be done and yet its not working, can anyone please show me how to successfully load a Hero from Map1 to Map2 ? I've been having this problem for a month now,and i cant seem to find a solution to it ...
