Huntress Glaives, more levels help!

This's innervating..., I am just not figuring this out right..., maybe anyone could help? I'll just provide and what I want to do and see who may help, thanks. Here goes:::

I want a glaive ability on attack, and I want to give it 4 levels...,

level 1 I want it to bounce to a second opponent and suffer a damage loss of 40%

level 2, 2 units -20%

level 3, 3 units -40%

level 4, 3 units -20%

I know I'll have to juggle upgrades with triggers and things of that sort..., and mess with enabling attack types 1&2 and etc..., maybe even creating a new unit of the same model file & statistics with a different sort of attack..., but can anyone help me step-by-step as a noob who can't get this working rightly? Anything provided'd be so nice, thanks anyone,

Yeah you will need upgrades and using attack A and B would help to for the 40% crap... sounds like u had it figured out why need to ask you did?
 
Because it's not working...,

I've got the rundown, but it doesn't work. It's the way I apply the upgrades I think it is..., I have 4 upgrades, two for two attacks and different loss factors, and two for two more attacks and different loss factors..., so I make a trigger, if level of "Glaive" is equal to 1, set research level for "GlaiveUpg1" to 1..., if level of "Glaive is equal to 2, set research level for "GlaiveUpg2" to 1, and set research level for "GlaiveUpg1 to 0."

I have my heroes attack 1 type at 1 target, missile bounce, and 40% spill redux, his attack 2 type is identical, but with 20% spill redux.

The upgrades deal with enabling attack 2, and back to 1, and etc., but something's just not working whatsoever. I need a real step-telling of this, what the tech trigger ought to be, how the upgrade ought to be, and if my attacks sound key. Thanks,
 
Please post the trigger you're using. If you right-click on the trigger name in the main view and choose "Copy As Text", it'll be easy to paste here.
 
If its a hero something like

E: Unit learns an ability
C: Skill learned by hero equal to Moon Glaive
A: Player - Set research level of <BounceIncrease> to <Bounce Increase> + 1

Not sure how you would change the %... you could just make it 30% every level... wouldnt be as good but it would be easier

    this is the fix I get from that yeah this is hard to control. disabling bots is pretty much necessary as ai and other bots would push really old threads to the top. reduce weight of view count. disable guest view tracking if you really want to push active threads to the top. a bit of tinkering for a few days with the weights and other settings should get you a decent trending widget box.

    One thing I have noticed and I dont know if it is by design but like 1 out of 3 times I come to the site the Anubis screen just hangs open, if I refresh it will go away but sometimes it hangs

    Wow - the change in the stats are major. I kind of knew it was all bots but wow, to see the effect. Why the social media sites cant do something like this I have no idea.

    Probably inflates their numbers so they look better to advertisers.

    Yeah google does not filter those bots. I remember when Apex was doing Google ads I saw the same IPs in there as I was seeing here - google is totally tracking all those bots as traffic and most google traffic, at least ours, was all bots
