I can't play or create games on battle.net for Starcraft or diablo help!!!!!!!

any ways to help me be able to play games on battlenet?
it says when i connect: either your internet connection is very poor or your internet provider is not doing some thing with upds or something. this is not word for word but any help so i can play would be apreaciated.:( :(
 
This is a user fix - allow your firewall to access battle.nets port or shut off your firewall if you have one. the exact port numbers are 6112-6119.

Also check your internet connection before you log onto battle.net make sure it is working. If not contact your ISP.
 
My high levels on diablo2 cant enter games

My high levels from diablo2 cant enter games.
Even if i make them.
Only my low levels can enter games.
I dont hack or anything so why does this happen.
Is it because of that battle.net virus.
If it is will it ever be fixed because i wanna use my highs to do stuff like do hell cowing or killing hell bosses.
If u to cant enter tell me please.
 
What error message or condition are you getting when they try to enter games with your high level Diablo 2 characters?
