i cant use my character

can someone tell me why when i logon i cant use my barb, it says "player cannot be found"

Usually this is caused by you being abruptly disconnected from battle.net.

This problem will usually fix itself within either a few hours or a day.

If it fails to do so, or if you want to try to access your character quicker, do this:

1. Login to the account with the character who has the "Player not found" error.
2. Create a new character on this account if you can.
3. Login with this new character and create a game.
4. Exit out of that character all the way back to where you pick your character.
5. See if you can access your character that is giving you the "Player not found" error message.

If this doesn't work, send Blizzard an email at [email protected] with the Subject "Player not found" Be sure to include:

- Game
- Realm
- Account name
- Character name
