I need a map idea...

I want it to be based heavily on heroes and items however completely different from Dota and hero arenas, one because Dota can never be matched and two because almost all arenas suck. I need original ideas, some creeps involved wouldnt be to bad either. Thanks.

Your best bet is to just go play games you like and hope to get some more inspiration from them, Thats what helps me when im stuck.

Still though, its probably best to find your own idea. You can always get carried through everything

make a map where when you buy a weapon it puts it in your hand, i tried making that, didn't fail, just got bored, go to www.hiveworkshop.com for models and try editing models yourself for weaponless, its very easy with W3 model editor II

You control an airplane and you fly over a city and dropp bombs with an ability on enemy tanks, soldiers and buildings.(Posted this in 2 threads)
Could support multiplie players, one team defending and one team attacking.
Your plane is an hero and you can buy items and such. Same goes with the other team.

I recommend you to play this http://world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/maps.php?view=998 map created by me. It looks like DoTA but in fact its very different from DoTA.
