His eyes glows and his face is 85% of the picture....

You asked for glow, here it is, for me it is overdone, but if you need more or specific 'eye spectacular effects' either draw it or tell me what exactly do you want:

The same glow as before, just more 'effective' or what I should say. More glowing than what it was.

The only thing that was wrong with that icon was the glow, not the zoom.

Uhm, i didn't save my second project with the zoomed face, but since you didn't want him that zoomed, i hope i am lucky. I edited the glow and the glow edges a bit, so that the result becomes either this or this:

MUCH better! Okay, all I want edited now is that the glow is about 30% darker and the red beams or wtf it's called is a little bit wider, thicker and darker.

the first tomes for agi,str,int look just alittle..the shapes of the book seem alittle odd; but still quite good enough for me.

At the same time if you don't want to do someone's request then don't, you don't need to tell us about it.
