Ideas for a map?

I ran out of ideas for a map so I will need some constructive help. What would you be interested to play? I am currently circling around "mini" type of games - nothing too big like an AoS or RPG.

Off: If someone's interested, two of my current unfinished but stable projects: Shadowraze Training, Spirit Wars.

I'd like to play something with big battles. Or maybe a TD.

Others like to play DotA.

How is it out-of-context? I'm asking for different people's opinions on what they would enjoy to play, something other than DotA of course.
I don't feel like helping other people with their projects - I prefer to work on my own because I don't have to meet deadlines or something like that.

What about a map like Uther's Party?
Or since people are so attached to DotA, some sort of <insert Hero> Wars?
Mage/Elemental arenas? WoW arenas?

make a mini boss survival challenge, 8 player slots,5 players at least. Every time a wave of creeps is going to base where your heroes are (every has 1 hero only, no units) and when all of the wave's creeps are dead a mini boss is spawned. Make around 10 waves. Because is sort of mini map, make for wave 1,2,3,4...10 another 2 types of creep and mini bosses, so a random one of them is spawned. e.g for wave 1 make a set of creeps and a mini boss, call the trigger "Wave1-1", an other set of creeps (their stats have to be equal ofc!!!), and call it "Wave1-2" and so on for "Wave1-3", "Wave2-1"...........And then a random one of these 3 triggers is executed at every wave.

Hahaha that sounds kinda fun actually.

this is very funny when players have nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, on large maps this kind of events very slow.

Ok, after some consideration I think I will stop on something like a minigame pack since NoobImbaPro's and DioD's ideas are good for that. I'll probably add something like a mini poker game, arenas, mazes, TD ...

check uther party (its ever source version available somewhere), it have HUGRE amount of minigames.

don't worry just make a game that you think will appeal to most people... just make sure that you don't try n make the next dota or the next "whatever famous game exists" just come with a totally new if not slightly tweaked concept... thats true success to map making!

Yes, I know about Uther's Party and it is something that influences me to make minigames. But you know, it's kinda difficult to invent something interesting, unique and appealing to the public.
